On January 18, 2001, respondent filed an opposition. On January 31, 2001, the Building and Construction Trades Council of Northern Nevada filed a motion requesting to participate in this appeal as an amicus curiae by joining in any amicus brief that may be filed by the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO, the International Union of Operating Engineers and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Respondent filed an opposition on February 6, 2001. On February 5, 2001, BCTD, Operating Engineers, and the Teamsters filed a joint motion requesting to participate in this appeal as amici curiae. On February 8, 2001, respondent filed an opposition. We grant the above-referenced motions. The clerk of this court shall file the amicus brief received on February 14, 2001. Further, Teamsters Local 631 shall file, within 20 days from the date of this order, an amicus brief that complies with the provisions of NRAP 28-32, or inform this court whether it wishes to join in the amicus brief already filed.
