Accordingly, the settlement conference proceedings are concluded and these appeals may proceed. Appellants have filed a 'Motion for Limited Remand,' in each of these appeals. William Patterson Cashill, a respondent in Docket Nos. 43107 and 43508, has opposed the motion for remand in those appeals. Cause appearing, we grant the motion for limited remand in Docket Nos. 42334 and 43107. We decline to reinstate briefing in these appeals at this time. Accordingly, the requesting of transcripts and briefing shall remain suspended in all three of these appeals pending further order of this court. Appellants shall have 60 days from the date of this order to inform this court of the status of the remand proceedings. If the remand proceedings result in a settlement of the issues on appeal, appellants shall file a stipulation or motion to dismiss the relevant appeal(s) as to respondent Loomis. In light of this order, appellants' motions regarding briefing are denied as moot. These appeals may be consolidated for purposes of disposition upon the completion of briefing.
