11/20/1997JUDGMENT: The stay in this case is hereby vacated. F/O that the conditional dismissals entered as to the cross-appellants are hereby vacated, and their cases remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with Eric T., et al. v. National Medical Enterprises, Inc., no. 95-CV-1118 (D.C. August 21, 1997). On remand, the trial court shall determine whether it has personal jurisdiction over these defendants. In the event that the court lacks personal jurisdiction over any of these defendants, the complaint against that defendant shall be unconditionally dismissed on jurisdictional grounds. If the court determines that it has personal jurisdiction over one or more of these defendants, then the previously entered order dismissing the complaint on the grounds of forum non conveniens shall be reinstated as to those defendants.
