On January 30, 2003, appellant filed a transcript request form requesting the production of transcripts from court reporters Laura Locasscio, Jane Michaels, and Mary Beth Cook. To date, Ms. Locasscio and Ms. Michaels have not filed the transcripts requested of them. The two transcripts requested from Ms. Locasscio were filed in the district court prior to the docketing of this appeal. We therefore conclude that these transcripts were properly included in respondent's appendix and that appellant improperly requested these transcripts from Ms. Locassio. Accordingly, Ms. Locassio is no longer obligated to file the transcripts for proceedings held on February 7, 2002, and March 4, 2002. Ms. Michaels shall have 20 days from the date of this order to prepare and file the requested transcript for the proceedings held on April 19, 1999. If more time is needed to complete the preparation of the transcript, Ms. Michaels shall, within the same time period, file a motion requesting an extension of time and stating the reason for the extension.
