We deny appellants' motion. This denial is without prejudice to appellants' right to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss their appeal if they feel they no longer have an interest that may be pursued on appeal. Included in appellants' December 17, 2001, motion was a motion by attorney Walter Fey to withdraw as counsel of record for appellants. Cause appearing, we grant Mr. Fey's unopposed motion. Appellants shall have 60 days from the date of this order to obtain new counsel and to cause counsel to file a notice of appearance with the clerk of this court. If appellants do not intend to obtain new counsel, they shall so inform this court within the same time period. Failure to obtain new counsel will result in this appeal proceeding as a proper person appeal. New counsel, if obtained, will be expected to participate in thie settlement conference program to which this appeal is assigned. On January 16, 2002, appellants filed a motion for extension of time to file the docketing statement.
